Subscription Refunds

48-Hour Refund Window

Refund requests are only considered within 48 hours of the initial subscription payment. No refunds will be processed after this period.

Refund Eligibility

  • ✓ Request made within 48 hours of payment
  • ✓ Account in good standing
  • ✓ No previous refunds issued
  • ✓ Limited or no usage of platform features

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Requests made after 48 hours of payment
  • Partial refunds for unused subscription time
  • Service cancellations mid-subscription
  • Technical issues outside of Theraputo's control
  • Dissatisfaction with platform features

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for remaining days in the billing period
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period
  • Automatic renewal will be stopped

Refund Process

  2. Include your account details and payment information
  3. Provide reason for refund request
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for processing
  5. Refund will be issued to original payment method

Additional Terms

  • All refund decisions are final
  • Theraputo reserves the right to deny refund requests
  • Abuse of refund policy may result in account termination
  • Bank charges and transaction fees are non-refundable
